Why are we at war? The primary reasons are Profit and Power, fueled by ideology and/or religion. Great power, that of life and death over others, their tribute and/or their compliance. The ability to profit from this power in multiple and ever increasing ways is what drives the leaders of what I call the Usury Cult (hereinafter the ‘cult’). Obviously death can be instantaneous or can take place over a longer period of time, such as through dying from illness. If you consider life as measured in the total number of years that all people (added up together) live, rather than the number of deaths each year, you can understand that increasing the number of life years lost by billions of people overall in a calculated and deliberate manner is just another, more subtle method of genocide and/or eugenics.

It is hard to stop the perpetrators of these crimes if you cannot identify them or their goals, strategies and activities. The cult have over centuries developed and promoted numerous means to make and take great profit at the expense of the rest of humanity through the use of numerous agents and organisations acting on their behalf (in order for them to remain anonymous and therefore safe). The cult’s primary means of achieving power and profit is through usury. Historically this has generally meant owning the debt that governments, businesses and individuals enter into and for the cult to thereby obtain or control desired outcomes, be it gold, silver, land/s, valuables or other resources (including human) and assets. Another definition of usury is:

“the pure exploitation of another’s necessity, and its most substantive and significant manifestation in credit and finance is everything that is not the interest“. [e.g. the power to create money]

It is not like racketeering. It is racketeering. The private-international-nominal-banking-system is a massively-efficient harvester of civilization-level-wealth because it is constructed from and comprised of, “cross-leveraged-double-counting double-whammy devices.”¹ Either way [or in combination], the result is debt slavery for us, controlled by those that create national currencies and own [control] the debt (and likely earn the interest as well).

Background to Usury and Zionist links to Communism and Fascism

Many historians believe that the happiest period of history in the West was during the Middle Ages within towns, most notably in Germany, Italy, France, and England. Probably the most accessible chronicle of what life was like then may be found in Chaucer’s “Canterbury Tales.” At the centers of these towns were the Gothic cathedrals which were both spiritual and “technological” hubs. Characteristic of the economic life of the era was the fact that the Church had outlawed usury. This was the key to personal freedom.

The dividing line between that era and our own came into being around 1500, when the German Fugger family persuaded the Pope to begin to allow usury, a practice which quickly spread. This practice assured that, gradually, all the wealth of society would inevitably accrue to the bankers, especially when they gained the privilege of creating fiat money (currency) via book-entry credits ‘out of thin air’, apart from charging interest.²

Usury is arguably the greatest crime of the ages, sadly legal today. When it became widespread after 1500, citizens gradually lost all their rights and their human sanctity when they became debtors to the money lenders and were legally mere chattel whose entire well-being, and even their lives (debtors prisons), were sacrificed to the bankers’ greed. This was understood at the time. It’s what Shakespeare depicted in the “Merchant of Venice.” It’s what the Faust legends were about, with people ‘selling their souls to the devil’ as they ruined their fellow humans.³

By 1694, when the privately-owned Bank of England was founded, what soon became Great Britain had been taken over by international financial predators, practicing the system of fractional reserve banking that utilized usury augmented by compound interest to generate their unending, undeserved profits. According to William Guy Carr,⁴ in his book “Pawns In The Game“, the initial meeting of … ex officio planners [now the cult] took place in Mayer Amschel Bauer’s goldsmith shop in Frankfurt in 1773. Bauer later adopted the name of “Rothschild” or Red Shield, from the red shield which he hung over his door to advertise his business. The purpose was to convince them to pool their resources so that they could then finance and control the World Revolutionary Movement and use it as their ‘Manual of Action’ to win ultimate control of the wealth, natural resources, and manpower of the entire world.⁵ [unfortunately not a positive humanitarian goal]

By clever manipulation of their combined wealth, Mayer believed it would be possible to create such adverse economic conditions that the masses would be reduced to a state bordering on starvation by unemployment… Their paid propagandists would arouse feelings of hatred and revenge against the ruling classes by exposing all real and alleged cases of extravagance, licentious conduct, injustice, oppression, and persecution. They would also invent infamies to bring into disrepute others who might, if left alone, interfere with their overall plan. These revolutionary activities were spread agnostically across various movements in the decades to come, with the cult providing significant overlap between, and support to, zionism, fascism, neocolonialism, imperialism and communism at different stages.^{6 7}

He [Weizmann] explains that the Jews in Russia [and elsewhere] were divided into three groups. The first group was that of the Jews who, seeking “the peace of the city,” simply wanted to become peaceable Russian citizens, as the Jews of the West, in the majority, at that time were loyal German, French or other citizens. The remaining mass of Jews in Russia were divided into two groups by a vertical line which split households and families, including Dr. Weizmann’s own house and family. Both of these groups were revolutionary; which is to say, they agreed in working for the destruction of Russia as it was. The dissension was solely on the point of Zionism.

The “Communist-revolutionary” group held that full “emancipation” would be achieved when the world-revolution supplanted the nation states everywhere.

The “Zionist-revolutionary” group, while agreeing that the world-revolution was indispensable to the process, held that full “emancipation” would only be achieved when a Jewish nation was established in a Jewish state.⁸ The Rothschild dynasty, bankers who financed wars in Europe for nearly 500 years, later spearheaded the establishment of Israel. In the US, first Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton foisted on the country a financial system in 1791 where national government debt would be used to capitalize a central banking system through the (cult owned) First Bank of the United States, in imitation of the Bank of England. The result today is devastating US sovereign debt of over $36 trillion. Similar actions by governments around the world created a crushing burden of debt that reached over $300 trillion worldwide by 2023 (not including highly leveraged derivatives). This debt will never be liquidated, with often only the interest paid off, or else rolled over with more debt that crushes populations (with inflation etc.) and makes every nation compete against all others.

Another effect of massive sovereign debt is to create constant pressure for nations to sell off public assets like public land, utility systems, and even roads and other infrastructure to banks, investment funds, and other institutions keyed to private (cult) profit, not the public good. This became a way of life for the elite throughout the collective West and its financial colonies.⁹ Even Islamic countries that normally eschew usury eventually succumbed. This privilege of creating currency or “money” was cemented in the United States in 1913 when then U.S. President Woodrow Wilson signed legislation (prepared by international bankers including the Warburg’s) which transferred the power of doing so into their hands in what became known as the Federal Reserve Act (1913).¹⁰

Is a World War About to Start or Has It Already? [B2]

The immediate purpose of the Federal Reserve [in 1913] was to provide Great Britain and France with the money to fight Germany in WWI. The Federal Reserve was, above all, central to an Anglo-American objective to take over the world. The purpose of this takeover was to expand the grip over the world economy of the empire of usury. It was through usury, which had been prohibited in Europe during the Middle Ages and by the Islamic religion since its founding, that the world’s bankers have confiscated the wealth of every nation in which they have been allowed to dominate. Usury requires the constant generation of surplus profits to feed the bankers’ greed. Military force is the means by which the proceeds of usury are secured. [no change then in centuries]

“The World War” (1914-1918) “will see the establishment of Communism in Russia; a second world war will extend its control over Europe; and a third world war will be necessary to make it worldwide“.¹²

Lenin’s Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism provides one of the most precise anatomies of financial concentration ever written. With methodical detail, he maps how banks evolve from simple intermediaries into monopolistic controllers of ‘almost the whole of the money capital’, developing what he calls ‘universal book-keeping’ that subordinates all economic life to a handful of institutions.

Lenin’s structural analysis remains accurate. But his directional assumption — that a revolutionary state would subsume this concentrated financial apparatus — was inverted. Instead of a single state bank serving workers’ control, we observe a supranational central-bank complex that has effectively subsumed state functions. Add the contemporary moral overlay of ESG mandates, ‘inclusive capitalism’, and social, environmental and intergenerational justice targets, and the ledger becomes purpose-gated: access to money depends on approved ends rather than market signals alone.¹³

To bring about this state of affairs compliant politicians were needed, and these could be described as follows:

“The administrators whom we [the cult]shall choose from among the public (and following “fair” elections), with strict regard to their capacities for servile obedience, will not be persons trained in the arts of government, and will therefore easily become pawns in our game, in the hands of men of learning and genius who will be their advisers, specialists bred and reared from early childhood to rule the affairs of the whole world.”¹⁴

The chief result of the First World War was to establish revolutionary-Zionism and revolutionary-Communism as new forces in international affairs, the first with a promised “homeland” and the second with a resident State. The chief result of the Second World War was that “territorial gains” accrued to, and only to, Zionism and Communism; Zionism received its resident State and Communism received half of Europe. Of note, one of the [smaller] first Zionist groups in Palestine [now the ruling Likud party] sought to ally themselves with the Nazis in Germany and Mussolini in Italy in the 1930s, and in fact were one of few foreign bodies that traded with Germany prior to WW2 breaking out. Zionists were in fact the only other political organisation allowed to exist in ‘fascist’ Germany at the time,¹⁶ supported by Hitler. This demonstrates the cult’s strategy to support both sides, to use its influence to gain its objectives regardless of any result.

Israel’s very survival during its subsequent formal founding in 1948 depended critically on external military support, primarily from an unexpected source: the communist Soviet Union. The Soviet Union initially backed Israel by facilitating arms deals between its satellite state Czechoslovakia and Israel. These arms transfers proved decisive in the War of Independence. As David Ben-Gurion later acknowledged:

“They saved the country, I have no doubt of that… The Czech arms deal was the greatest help, it saved us and without it I very much doubt if we could have survived the first month.” [Both communist and fascist states have supported Zionism]

Perhaps more remarkably, Israel’s early survival also depended on support from Jewish-American organized crime networks. Meyer Lansky, more notoriously known as “the Mob’s Accountant,” donated a million dollars to the Zionist cause in 1948, a contribution that proved crucial during Israel’s War of Independence. Lansky, an Ashkenazi Jew born in present-day Belarus, immigrated to Manhattan in 1911. He later used his extensive criminal network to aid the Jewish state, obstructing arms shipments to Arab countries and assisting Jewish settlers. Israel’s Prime Minister is not the final authority in the [ongoing] Zionist project. Politicians come and go. The final authority is at the head of an immensely huge pool of capital. The specialists in pools of capital are banks. It’s well-known which bank is behind the Zionist project. That is the Rothschild bank. Jacob Rothschild re-acknowledged this responsibility in 2017, on the 100th anniversary of the “Balfour Declaration“, which was in a letter to his uncle Walter Rothschild. Jacob Rothschild stated that Israel was funded specifically for “that sacred goal, the return of Israel to its ancestral homeland”.

The common source of inspiration for Zionism and Communism is shown by significant parallels that can be drawn between the two chief methods laid down in them and the chief methods pursued by Dr. Herzl and Karl Marx: laying emphasis on the incitement of “the mob” against the ruling class as the most effective means of destroying States and nations and achieving world dominion [sound familiar?]. “We have set one against another the personal and national reckonings of the peoples, religious and race hatreds, which we have fostered into a huge growth in the course of the past twenty centuries. We are too strong, there is no evading our power. The nations cannot come to even an inconsiderable private agreement without our secretly having a hand in it …

… in the hands of the States of today there is a great force that creates the movement of thought in the people, and that is the Press. The part played by the Press is to keep pointing out requirements supposed to be indispensable, to give voice to the complaints of the people, to express and to create discontent. For example, more recently the formal creation by the UK BBC of the Trusted News Initiative (TNI) involving most of the largest [cult owned] media organisations in the world has also played its part in support of Zionism. The TNI formed in 2019 to protect audiences and users from disinformation, particularly around moments of jeopardy, such as elections.²⁰ This was in response to the exponential growth in social media platforms critical of government narratives (including on ‘antisemitism’)²¹ and/or cult activities for gain, and updated its existing ownership since the early 1900s of the legacy media. This is why we now also have governments around the world in the process of implementing misinformation legislation to criminalise free speech, including by journalists, activists and the public, and targeting people like Dr. Reiner Fuellmich ²² and Professor Annelise Orleck.²³ Further, anti-terror legislation is used to suppress and arrest people involved in even peaceful protests: for example four people aged between 58 and 78 were arrested at peaceful pro-Palestine protests in Edinburgh in July 2025.²⁴ Lawfare in action, like at US universities. Most people still don’t understand how modern power actually works — or why democratic resistance keeps failing across every Western nation simultaneously. They see the same policies implemented from Canada to Australia, from Sweden to New Zealand, and assume it’s coincidence or natural convergence. It’s neither. World War II didn’t just end the old order — it installed a new operating system. What they’re witnessing is a systematic control architecture that emerged from sophisticated British intellectual networks, got operationalised through American institutions, and now runs global governance through what appears to be moral and scientific authority… the real networking power came through the Cambridge Apostles — the secret philosophical society that included Leonard Woolf, John Maynard Keynes, several future members of the Cambridge Five spy ring, and Victor Rothschild, whose banking family connections provided additional influence channels. 

The 1941 ‘Science and World Order‘ conference crystallised these various streams into a unified vision: complex human [social] systems could be analysed, modeled, and optimised using scientific methodology, with elite experts managing the process through coordinated international institutions. While the British intellectuals had provided the theoretical framework and created the international institutions, RAND developed the mathematical tools and systematic methodologies to make scientific social control actually work.²⁵ The Ford Foundation provided the initial $1 million to make RAND independent in 1948, with Rockefeller funding following throughout the 1950s, and still continuing to this day.²⁶ This wasn’t coincidental — both foundations recognised that RAND was developing something revolutionary: the operational methodology that could implement the scientific socialism that figures like Bernal, Huxley, and the Fabians had envisioned, but was now applied through American institutional power and resources.

This system has evolved beyond crude financial manipulation into something far more sophisticated. By framing monetary policy around Zimmern’s social justice, IUCN’s environmental protection, the Earth Charter’s ‘planetary ethics’,²⁷ and alleged intergenerational equity, central banks have discovered they can control entire civilisations without anyone recognising it as control. [as predicted by Lenin above] When the Bank of England implements ‘diversity requirements’ for lending,²⁸ or the Federal Reserve talks about ‘climate risk’²⁹ through ‘green bonds’,³⁰ they’re not expanding their mandate — they’re revealing what their mandate always was. The genius of this system lies in its simplicity. Every major policy area — immigration, climate, health, finance, education — gets processed through the same four-domain framework:

• Knowledge/Strategy Domain: Academic institutions and think tanks reframe issues using predetermined analytical frameworks. Immigration becomes ‘demographic transition’ and ‘labor market optimisation’. Climate becomes ‘planetary boundaries’ and ‘sustainable development’. Opposition gets labeled as ‘misinformation’ or ‘extremism’.
• Information/Administration Domain: International organisations coordinate policy implementation across nations. The UN, EU, WHO, and countless ‘Third System’ or ‘Third Way’ NGOs engaging in Tri-sectoral Networks create binding obligations and regulatory frameworks that bypass democratic oversight. National governments find themselves implementing policies they never officially adopted.
• Energy/Resource/Operational Domain: Financial markets and corporate systems enforce compliance through ESG scores, credit ratings, and investment flows. Countries or institutions that resist face automatic punishment through ‘market mechanisms’ that are anything but free.
• Territory Domain: Local implementation happens through local authorities, courts, and enforcement mechanisms that operate independently of democratic input. By the time citizens notice policy changes, the new reality is already institutionalised.

This is how every major Western policy gets coordinated across supposedly independent nations, often against the expressed will of their populations. The question isn’t whether this system exists — the evidence is overwhelming. The question is what happens when enough people understand how it actually works. Understanding this doesn’t make you a conspiracy theorist. It makes you someone who finally comprehends how power actually operates in the modern world. The politicians you vote for are middle management. The policies they implement are predetermined by institutions you’ve never heard of, are funded by ‘philanthropic’ foundations that claim to serve the ‘common good’,³¹ and are enforced through financial mechanisms designed to make resistance economic suicide.

What everyone should know about mainstream dogma [B2]

“It does not matter whether this situation reflects planning on the part of a shadowy elite or is emergent from the decline of your civilisation. No matter whom you vote for or what gloss your preferred candidate puts on these issues, nothing will change until you and enough of the people around you wake up to reality and launch a campaign of consistent non-compliance with the anti-human trajectory that manipulative elites have set us upon. It does not matter whether you label the centralising ambitions of those elites as socialism, communism, technocracy, globalism or fascism. It doesn’t matter whether you see them as reflecting philanthropic, criminal or satanic motives.

The important thing about centralisation is that it absolutely requires censorship and comprehensive obliteration of rights and freedoms to persist, and that is wholly incompatible with the flourishing of human beings.”

Five years ago, I became part of a minority that saw through the covid scam and warned of it being a harbinger of a global technocratic surveillance state. We spoke of a forthcoming digital control grid, an age of digital feudalism, the advent of digital IDs and programmable central bank digital currencies, and of the weaponisation of the so-called sustainable development goals – the SDGs – in pursuit of these objectives. People who called us conspiracy theorists are now looking very foolish, as developments are advancing in covid-like lockstep and at lightning pace.

[The same methodology is always used by the cult to achieve its goals. They use their vast wealth to buy influence, control or ownership of important businesses, organisations or institutions, both privately and publicly (government) owned, or fund and/or sponsor the decision makers within them. If this does not work, they use “other means” such as blackmail, slander or lawfare, etc. [or worse] They then use a “top down” approach to implement their goals at the expense of all others.]

The Oligarchy Study They Don’t Want You to Remember [B2]

In the spring of 2014, Martin Gilens of Princeton and Benjamin Page of Northwestern did something that should have changed everything. They took the most sacred promise of American democracy; that your vote matters, that the people have a say, and actually tested it. What they found was an OLIGARCHY. Not metaphorically. They proved it with numbers. With 1,779 policy issues tracked across two decades. They proved the United States is dominated by economic elites and business interests. That what average citizens want has basically zero impact on what the government actually does. Your vote doesn’t matter when it conflicts with what the wealthy want.

As Georgetown historian Professor Carroll Quigley has noted, if it were possible to detail the asset portfolios of the banking plutocrats, one would find the title deeds of practically all the buildings, industries, farms, transport systems and mineral resources of the world. Accounting for this, Quigley wrote:

“Their secret is that they have annexed from governments, monarchies and republics the power to create the world’s money on debt terms requiring tribute both in principal and interest.”

Unfortunately, rather than benevolent rulers, this international banking plutocracy that comprises the cult has taken the Malthusian position that the world is overpopulated with serfs, and, at the highest levels, they are deadly serious about correcting this “threat” and “imbalance,” whatever the cost in human misery and suffering. — The Money Masters, 1996.

Henry Lamb: The UN’s 1995 ‘Global Neighbourhood’ plan for a One World Government [B2]

Henry Lamb exposed the UN’s plan to take over the world using a book the UN had published the year before.  The title of the book is ‘Our Global Neighbourhood’. Written by 28 “experts” the book describes a global taxation scheme to fund the UN’s operations; a standing UN army; an Economic Security Council; UN authority over the global commons, expanded authority for the Secretary-General and much more.  By 1996, some of the plans had already been implemented.  As the years have gone by, more and more of the plan has been and still is being rolled out.^{32 33}

In 1996, Lamb gave a talk on the ‘Convention on Biological Diversity’ and the ‘Wildlands Project’ at the Granada Forum:

“All of the conspiracy theories that you’ve ever heard about ‘One World Government’, about the UN takeover of the world, all of those conspiracies have now been laid to rest,” he said.  “There’s nothing conspiratorial about it.  It’s all published!”

At a March 9th, 2015 International Conference titled “The ‘New World Order’ – A Recipe of War or Peace!”³⁴ Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad warned that the ‘Elites want to reduce the world population to 1 Billion’ and will go to any length necessary to achieve their goal. PM Mohamad stated that the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (or TPPA) is a strategy led by the United States to dominate the world economy. Several guest speakers focused on borderless trade and globalization being used to usher in a one-world government.

“Basically, it is about having a world government. We should abolish all states, nations, and bodies but instead have only a one-world government. And that world government is to be [run] by certain people, elites. People who are very rich, very intelligent, very powerful in many ways. They are the ones who will govern the world. There was not much talk about democracy or the choice of leaders, instead, there was to be a government by these elites who will impose their rules on everyone in this world. And for those who are unwilling to submit to them, there will be punishment,” Dr. Mahathir explained.

“And the peace that we will get from this is the peace of the graveyard because the intention also is to reduce the number of people in this world. At the time when the New World Order has annunciated, the population of this world was only 3 billion. The intention was to reduce it to 1 billion. Now the population of the world is 7 billion. There would be a need to kill many billions of people or to starve them to death or to prevent them from giving birth in order to reduce the population of this world.”

What do you mean “I’m at war”?

Given one definition of war is ‘a struggle or competition between opposing forces or for a particular end’,³⁵ we are all in an undeclared war with the cult and its agents and adherents. They mean to profit by implementing strategies and policies without any concern that these may be causing the rest of of us harm. In fact this is preferred –refer depopulation research[B2] – and we are at significant risk of injury, illness, poverty, misery and early death.

Both world wars were preceded by unsustainable debt and financial instability, which were “resolved” through conflict, currency devaluation, and the redrawing of the global order. In 1971, when the US dollar was decoupled from gold, it unleashed an era of fiat money, endless credit, and the slow decline of fiscal discipline. From the cult’s perspective, all of the mathematical theory developed in the study of one energy system (e.g., mechanics, electronics, etc.) can be immediately applied in the study of any other energy system (e.g., economics). In economics these three energy concepts are associated with:

• Economic Inductance – Services (the influence of the population of industry on output)
• Economic Capacitance – Capital (money, stock/inventory, investments in buildings and durables, etc.)
• Economic Conductance – Goods (production flow coefficients)

Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency or deposit loan accounts had the required appearance of power that could be used to induce people (inductance, with people corresponding to a magnetic field) into surrendering their real wealth in exchange for a promise of greater wealth (instead of real compensation). They would put up real collateral in exchange for a loan of promissory notes. Mr. Rothschild found that he could issue more notes than he had backing for, so long as he had someone’s stock of gold as a persuader to show his customers. Mr. Rothschild loaned his promissory notes to individuals and to governments. These would create overconfidence. Then he would make money scarce, tighten control of the system, and collect the collateral through the obligation of contracts. The cycle then repeats.

In this structure, credit, presented as a pure element called “currency,” has the appearance of capital, but is in effect negative capital. Hence, it has the appearance of service, but is in fact, indebtedness or debt. It is therefore an economic inductance instead of an economic capacitance, and if balanced in no other way, will be balanced by the negation of population (war, genocide). The total goods and services represent real capital called the gross national product, and currency may be printed up to this level and still represent economic capacitance; but currency printed beyond this level is subtractive, represents the introduction of economic inductance, and constitutes notes of indebtedness. War is therefore the balancing of the system by killing the true creditors (the public which we have taught to exchange true value for inflated currency) and falling back on whatever is left of the resources of nature and regeneration of those resources.⁴⁸

Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency gave him the power to rearrange the economic structure to his own advantage [gain more resources], to shift economic inductance to those economic positions which would encourage the greatest economic instability and oscillation. [economic bubbles therefore provide the greatest profits, and the most war] Then he would control the availability of currency to determine who would win the war. That government which agreed to give him control of its economic system got his support.

• Other large alternatives to war as economic inductors or economic flywheels are an open ended social welfare program [UBI], or an enormous (but fruitful) open-ended space program. The problem with stabilizing the economic system is that there is too much demand on account of (1) too much greed and (2) too much population. Obviously you don’t want too many people on the gravy train…

• This creates excessive economic inductance (debt>GDP=inflation) which can only be balanced with economic capacitance (true resources or value – e.g., in goods or services). The social welfare program is nothing more than an open-ended credit balance system which creates a false capital industry to give nonproductive people a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs. This can be useful, however, because the recipients become state property in return for the “gift,” a standing army for the elite. For he who pays the piper picks the tune. Those who get hooked on the economic drug must go to the elite for a fix.

• In this, the method of introducing large amounts of stabilizing capacitance is by borrowing on the future “credit” of the world. This is a fourth law of motion – onset, and consists of performing an action and leaving the system before the reflected reaction returns to the point of action – a delayed reaction.⁴⁹ The means of surviving the reaction is by changing the system before the reaction can return. By this means, politicians become more popular in their own time and the public pays later. In fact, the measure of such a politician is the delay time. The same thing is achieved by a government by creating money beyond the limit of the gross national product, an economic process called inflation. This puts a large quantity of money into the hands of the public and maintains a balance against their greed, creates a false self-confidence in them [the public] and, for awhile, stays the wolf from their door.

• They must eventually resort to war to balance the account, because war ultimately is merely the act of destroying the creditor, and the politicians are the publicly hired hit men that justify the act to keep the responsibility and blood off the public conscience. If the people really cared about their fellow man, they would control their appetites (greed, procreation, etc.) so that they would not have to operate on a credit or welfare social system which steals from the worker to satisfy the bum. Since most of the general public will not exercise restraint, there are only two alternatives to reduce the economic inductance of the system:

1. Let the populace bludgeon each other to death in war, which will only result in a total destruction of the living earth.
2. Take control of the world by the use of economic “silent weapons” in a form of “quiet warfare” and reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide.⁵⁰

The latter option has been taken [by the cult] as the ‘obviously better’ option [for them]. At this point it should be crystal clear to the reader why absolute secrecy about the silent weapons is necessary. The cult believes that the general public refuses to improve its own mentality and its faith in its fellow man. That it has become a herd of proliferating barbarians, and, so to speak, a blight upon the face of the earth. That they [we, the herd] do not care enough about economic science to learn why they have not been able to avoid war despite religious morality, and their religious or self-gratifying refusal to deal with earthly problems renders the solution of the earthly problem unreachable to them. [An ironic and self-serving view given the cult’s own strategy to reduce the level of education over decades]

Ultimately, this is about being able to predict and manipulate the economy, and in order to achieve this ‘the low class elements of the society must be brought under total control’. And that, in turn, means that the lower class family unit must be destroyed through preoccupation of the parents, and the kids being sent to daycare institutions. The education, further, must be sufficiently poor for the lower classes never to latch on to what the upper classes are up to, in order to maintain ‘some measure of social order, peace, and tranquility for the ruling upper class‘.

The silent weapon is further described as to ‘shoot situations propelled by data processing, originating from bits of data from a computer operated by a computer programmer, under the orders of a banking magnate’. The beauty of this system is that even if the public instinctively feels that something is wrong, they cannot comprehend, nor communicate their concerns in a rational way, and consequently cannot organise. The managed care industry got carpet-bombed yesterday, after Centene Corporation, one of the largest health insurers in the U.S., suffered the worst single-day stock drop in its history—crashing up to 40% after yanking its 2025 guidance. The crash was caused by devastating new actuarial data showing that Centene’s Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) enrollees are sicker, costlier, and fewer than expected, especially in 22 states where Centene holds significant market share. Centene Corporation is a key pillar of the federalized U.S. healthcare safety net, and they cited two “unexpected” developments. First, morbidity (sickness and permanent disability) is rocketing upwards. At the same time, their insured pools are shriveling.

The loss of enrollees is, presumably, because of excess death, at the same time, which showed the largest drop-off in Social Security payments in history, starting this year. What if the historic downward spike in Social Security payouts is because … there are suddenly a lot fewer seniors? The Social Security chart may be evidence that reinforces the Centene bombshell— a massive, actuarially driven revelation of sudden and unexpectedly high morbidity and shrinking insured populations in Medicaid and the ACA exchanges.

Two entirely separate systems. Two different populations. One unmistakable pattern: rapidly shrinking rolls of government-dependent individuals, precisely as healthcare costs suddenly explode. If large numbers of Centene’s clients are disappearing, and Social Security payouts are plummeting simultaneously, it’s not just plausible, it’s even likely that we’re seeing the same people vanish from two systems at once. Unlike the health insurance market, Service Corporation International (SCI), America’s largest provider of funeral services, cremations, and cemeteries, has climbed over 109% since 2021, and the latest trendline shows a renewed climb into 2025. Carriage Services (CSV), another major player in the deathcare industry, is up an eye-watering 163% since the jab rollout started.

If we were searching for an early warning sign of an iatrogenic catastrophe on a national scale, this is exactly what it would look like.

Build Ukraine back… ‘better’?⁵⁵ Now comes the key question: Is this system spreading to the rest of the world?

The answer is quite simple: this is happening right now, piece by piece, across dozens of developing countries. The same international organisations that perfected digital governance in Ukraine are installing the same six components through routine aid programs. The World Bank’s 2025 flagship report explicitly focuses on ‘Standards for Development’, while the IMF’s 2024 operational guidance standardised prior actions and structural benchmarks across all programs. They’re not copying Ukraine wholesale — they’re breaking the system into modules and embedding them one at a time into normal lending. The timeline tells the story. In 2025-2026, we’re seeing coordinated implementation deadlines across multiple countries and institutions — the systematic deployment of the Ukrainian template.

The Six-Component System Goes Global

Think of it as a franchise operation. Countries keep their flags and national anthems, but they have to follow an operational manual written by international headquarters. The six components work as an integrated loop:

1. Standards set the rules: Countries now have to adopt external [bank led] rulebooks to qualify for aid and market access.
2. Tranche-linked finance controls the money: International lenders release funds in stages — but only when specific policy changes are completed and verified.
3. Digital ID gates access: No digital compliance by citizens, no access to benefits or services.
4. Traceability systems audit compliance: All government spending visible to international auditors that computers can automatically check for violations.
5. Digital twins monitor everything: Real-time digital models of countries’ infrastructure, resources, and activities as monitoring systems.
6. Procurement platforms enforce automatically: Compliance checking built into every government purchase, making rule violations technically impossible.

Once countries adopt these components, leaving becomes economically devastating. Successful adopters get rewards that encourage others to follow the same path. Resisters face mounting economic pressure to comply. [Similar process to how the cult ‘buys’ governments – carrot and stick] Gradual installation avoids legitimacy issues that emergency deployments [like wars] create. Rather than imposing comprehensive changes during crises, the system installs incrementally through routine technical assistance and loan conditions. The end result is identical to emergency deployment: national policy becomes bounded by external rules encoded in digital platforms and enforced through financial pressure. Democratic choice continues, but only within limits set by international oversight systems beyond electoral control.

Protests against government policies are growing. People are becoming more aware of the multiple threats to their freedoms, health, peace and prosperity. It is seemingly becoming a ‘race’ between the elitist implementation of their agenda for global governance using ‘silent weapons‘ and administrative compliance techniques and potential chaos from a total rejection of the elite by the masses. It is unclear also whether the desire for more ‘nationalism’ in a multi-polar world as ostensibly proposed by BRICS nations in preference to a globalism increasingly seen as autocratic rule will see more actions taken to ‘win the battle’. We are not witnessing a conspiracy; we are witnessing the rollout of a new operating system for human society. In the six-rails system, while other rails can exclude (a platform can deplatform you, an identity system can lock you out), only the Finance Rail can apply continuous, graduated, and universal pressure. It can fine-tune the cost of your mortgage, your business loan, or a nation’s sovereign debt based on compliance, making it the most powerful enforcement [slavery] tool ever devised. This leads to the critical, logical deduction: who controls the Finance Rail at its very root?

The answer is Central Banks. They are not merely powerful financial institutions among others. They are the architects and operators of the monetary substrate itself. Through their coordination at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) — the central bank for central banks — they control the settlement layer where all significant transactions ultimately clear. They define what counts as money and what assets are considered valuable collateral. The rules they set in Basel for banking stability or through the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) for climate risk become the binding constitution for global finance. Therefore, the chain of logic is inescapable: if power flows through the rails, and the rails are powered by the Finance Rail, and the Finance Rail is controlled by the central banking network, then the BIS-centered central bank system constitutes the apex of contemporary global power.
