According to William Guy Carr,¹ in his book “Pawns In The Game“, the initial meeting of … ex officio planners (for the cult’s revolution) took place in Mayer Amschel Bauer’s Goldsmith Shop in Frankfurt in 1773. Bauer, who adopted the name of “Rothschild” or Red Shield, from the red shield which he hung over his door to advertise his business (the red shield today is the official coat of arms of the City of Frankfurt), was only thirty years of age when he invited twelve other wealthy and influential men to meet him in Frankfurt. His purpose was to convince them that if they agreed to pool their resources they could then finance and control the ‘World Revolutionary Movement‘ and use it as their ‘Manual of Action’ to win ultimate control of the wealth, natural resources, and manpower of the entire world.

This agreement reached, Mayer unfolded his revolutionary plan. The project would be backed by all the power that could be purchased with their pooled resources. By clever manipulation of their combined wealth it would be possible to create such adverse economic conditions that the masses would be reduced to a state bordering on starvation by unemployment… Their paid propagandists would arouse feelings of hatred and revenge against the ruling classes by exposing all real and alleged cases of extravagance, licentious conduct, injustice, oppression, and persecution. They would also invent infamies to bring into disrepute others who might, if left alone, interfere with their overall plans… Rothschild turned to a manuscript and proceeded to read a carefully prepared plan of action (allegedly the ‘Protocols of Zion’)

Of note, there is very limited information about the above secret agreement and plan of action (as could be expected), and the protocols published later. Corroboration is limited to anecdotal type evidence and non-specific commentary. The attribution of the source of the protocols to Mayer Rothschild in 1773 is in contrast with that described in the book by Nilus in 1905, or its translation by Victor E. Marsden in 1922.² The latter was reportedly imprisoned during the Russian revolution at the time Captain Cromie, the naval attaché at the British Embassy in Petrograd, Russia, met his death while defending the British embassy premises on 31 August, 1918. The substance of the protocols is, however, similar enough to suggest a common history, or a shared plan of action.³

Of the Protocols themselves, little need be said by way of introduction.⁴ The book in which they are embodied was published by Sergyei Nilus in Russia in 1905. A copy of this is in the British Museum bearing the date of its reception August 10, 1906. All copies that were known to exist in Russia were destroyed in the Kerensky regime, and under his successors the possession of a copy by anyone in “Sovietland” was crime sufficient to ensure the owner’s being shot on sight. This fact is in itself [probably] sufficient proof of the genuineness of the Protocols. The Jewish journals, of course, say that they are a forgery, leaving it to be understood that Professor Nilus, who embodied them in a work of his own, had concocted them for his own purposes.⁵

According to the cult protocols as reported by Victor E. Marsden (1922):⁶

“We have set one against another the personal and national reckonings of the peoples, religious and race hatreds, which we have fostered into a huge growth in the course of the past twenty centuries. This is the reason why there is not one State which would anywhere receive support if it were to raise its arm, for every one of them must bear in mind that any agreement against us would be unprofitable to itself. We are too strong, there is no evading our power. The nations cannot come to even an inconsiderable private agreement without our secretly having a hand in it …“

“In order to put public opinion into our hands we must bring it into a state of bewilderment by giving expression from all sides to so many contradictory opinions and for such length of time as will suffice to make the peoples lose their heads in the labyrinth and come to see that the best thing is to have no opinion of any kind in matters political, which it is not given to the public to understand, because they are understood only by him who guides the public. This is the first secret.“

“The second secret requisite for our success is comprised in the following: “to multiply to such an extent national failings, habits, passions, conditions of civil life, that it will be impossible for anyone to know where he is in the resulting chaos, so that the people in consequence will fail to understand one another … By all these means we shall so wear down the peoples that they will be compelled to offer us international power of a nature that by its possession will enable us without any violence gradually to absorb all the State forces of the world and to form a Super-Government.” [these statements, part of so-called ‘protocols’, reflect the 25 point plan below]

Mr. Henry Ford, in an interview published in the New York World, February 17, 1921, put the case for the Nilus book tersely and convincingly thus:

“The only statement I care to make about the PROTOCOLS is that they fit in with what is going on. They are sixteen years old, and they have fitted the world situation up to this time. THEY FIT IT NOW.”

Indeed they do! [and they still do today: below I provide the reported ‘Mayer Rothschild’ 25 items in his plan of action, with the Nilus protocols in () brackets where possible. Please note that the 1922 Marsden protocols differed from these, and provided more detail. All versions are strenuously decried as fake and fraudulent over internet search results, however it can be argued that this is irrelevant when you consider they strongly reflect world events and government actions since the early 1900s, as per Ford above. I give just one possible [example] below after each numbered item / protocol. Also refer this youtube video using AI “analysis” on protocols. Indented under each is a quote from the Marsden protocols:

As Douglas Reed (Controversy of Zion – 1956) stated in his chapter titled, Protocols, regardless their source, the Protocols should be read for content. We excerpt here a brief explanation from Reed’s chapter as a foundation for the uncanny fulfillment of the writings, whoever its authors be.

. . . in 1905 one Professor Sergius Nilus, an official of the Department of Foreign Religions at Moscow, published a book, of which the British Museum in London has a copy bearing the date-stamp, August 10, 1906.

One chapter was translated into English in 1920. [by Victor E. Marsden, Late Russian Correspondent of The Morning Post in England] This calls for mention here because the original publication occurred in 1905; although the violent uproar only began when it appeared in English in 1920. This one chapter was published in England and America as ‘The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion‘.⁸

. . . it is of inestimable importance, for it is shown by the conclusive test (that of subsequent events) to be an authentic document of the world-conspiracy first disclosed by Weishaupt’s papers.

. . . this one transcends all of them. It accurately depicts all that has come about in the fifty years since it was published, and what clearly will follow in the next fifty years unless in that time the force which the conspiracy has generated produces the counter-force.

Few realize the extent to which society is manipulated and controlled by unseen forces. So much of what we know is programmed and indoctrinated into us at an early age, so that many people do not give any thought to why they believe some of the things that they believe. “No lie can live forever“, said Egyptologist and poet Gerald Massey. “They must find it difficult, those who have taken authority as truth, rather than truth as authority“. People can be led to believe something that is not true when information is carefully timed, presented by a respected authority and repeated over and over again to establish a conditioned response. The essence of psychological warfare is to confuse the meaning of words and infiltrate the mind with conflicting concepts. ‘Newspeak’ and ‘doublethink’ are of particular interest when considering the subject of Jackie Patru’s eye-opening, thought-provoking and meticulously-researched summary study on “Jewish Persecution“.⁹

The presumption is strong that the PROTOCOLS were issued, or reissued, at the First Zionist Congress held at Basel in 1897 under the presidency of the Father of Modern Zionism, the late Theodor Herzl. The successor of Herzl as leader of the Zionist movement, Dr. Weizmann, was quoted at the send-off banquet given to Chief Rabbi Hertz on October 6, 1920 as he was on the point of leaving for his Empire tour, a sort of Jewish answer to the Empire tour of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales (on which Marsden was a special correspondent). And this is the “saying” of the Sages which Dr. Weizmann quoted:

“A beneficent protection which God has instituted in the life of the Jew is that He has dispersed him all over the world.” (Jewish Guardian, Cot. 8, 1920.)

Now compare this with one of the protocols [Ramsden 11]:

“God has granted to us, His Chosen People, the gift of dispersion, and from this, which appears to all eyes to be our weakness, has come forth all strength, which has now brought us to the threshold of sovereignty over all the world.”

How does this relate to the Persecution of the Jews? We shall discover that Jewish Persecution has always been orchestrated — though not necessarily implemented — by the Priesthood and its minions; that Jewish Persecution has played a critical role in the successful implementation, to this point, of the plan for World Dominion; and that the sufferers of Jewish Persecution, the ‘lesser brethren’, are born and bred to suffer.

“Nowadays if any States raise a protest against us it is only pro forma at our discretion and by our direction, for their anti-Semitism is indispensable to us for the management of our lesser brethren.”

Because of the orchestrated and often false claims of Jewish Persecution and “antisemitism”, hate crime laws have been passed in many countries which forbid the mere discussion of the Jewish Question. At the mere mention of the ‘J’ word, cries of antisemitism ring out so those who would reveal the truth of the evils of Zionism are castigated and/or imprisoned.

Without Jewish Persecution in this final phase of the last 3,000 years the plan could not have succeeded to its present point because, according to their own words: without hatred, divisiveness, racial discontent and all which that implies, there would surely be TRUE PEACE AMONG MEN AND AMONG THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD. The Jews have hotly denied the Protocols, claiming they are a forgery. So do Christians who haven’t read and researched the issue. I was recently asked by a Judeo-Christian friend: “Why are you still quoting from this piece of fraudulent trash?”

The following comments from Henry Ford’s Dearborn Independent of July 1920 put them in the same perspective as Mr. Reed who we quoted at the beginning:

“When you see how closely the Jews are united by various organizations in the United States, and when you see how with practiced hand they bring those organizations to bear as if with tried confidence in their pressure, it is at least not inconceivable that what can be done within a country — can be done, or has been done between all the countries where the Jews live.”

At any rate, in the American Hebrew of June 25, 1920, Herman Bernstein writes thus:

‘About a year ago a representative of the Department of Justice submitted to me a copy of the manuscript of ‘The Jewish Peril’ by Professor Nilus, and asked for my opinion of the work. He said that the manuscript was a translation of a Russian book published in 1905 which was later suppressed.

‘The manuscript was supposed to contain ‘protocols’ of the Wise Men of Zion and was supposed to have been read by Dr. Herzl at a secret conference of the Zionist Congress at Basle.

‘He expressed the opinion that the work was probably that of Dr. Theodor Herzl… He said that some American Senators who had seen the manuscript were amazed to find that so many years ago a scheme had been elaborated by the Jews which is now being carried out, and that Bolshevism had been planned years ago by Jews who sought to destroy the world’.

This quotation is made merely to put on record the fact that it was a representative of the Department of Justice of the United States Government, who introduced this document to Mr. Bernstein, and expressed a certain opinion upon it, namely, ‘that the work was probably that of Dr. Theodor Herzl’. Also that ‘some American Senators’ were amazed to note the comparison between what a publication of the year 1905 proposed and what the year 1920 revealed.

The incident is all the more preoccupying because it occurred by action of the representative of a government who today is very largely in the hands of, or under the influence of, Jewish interests. It is more than probable that as soon as the activity became known, the investigation was stopped.

A copy of the Protocols was deposited in the British Museum and bears on it the stamp of that institution, ‘August 10, 1906’.

The document was published in England recently under auspices that challenged attention for it, in spite of the unfortunate title under which it appeared. Eyre and Spotiswoode are the appointed printers to the British Government, and it was they who brought out the pamphlet. It was as if the Government Printing Office at Washington should issue them in this country. While there was the usual outcry by the Jewish press, the London Times in a review pronounced all the Jewish counter-attacks as ‘unsatisfactory’.

. . . The interest of the Protocols at this time is their bearing on the questions: Have the Jews an organized world system? What is its policy? How is it being worked?

The Protocols are a World Program — there is no doubt anywhere of that. Whose program, is stated within the articles themselves. But as for outer confirmation, which would be the more valuable — a signature, or six signatures, or twenty signatures, or a 25-year unbroken line of effort fulfilling that program?

“The point of interest for this and other countries is not that a ‘criminal or a madman’ conceived such a program, but that, when conceived, this program found means of getting itself fulfilled in its most important particulars. The document is comparatively unimportant; the conditions to which it calls attention are of a very high degree of importance.” — Dearborn Independent – Issue of July 10, 1920.

The following letter appeared in the “Spectator” of August 27th, 1921.

Sir,

When the PROTOCOLS first appeared in English it was pointed out that they embodied a forgery perpetrated by the Tsar’s police with the idea of promoting pogroms. It now appears that they are adapted from a “pamphlet” of 1865 attacking the Second Empire.” This is most interesting, but it explains nothing. As you point out, Mrs. Webster has shown the PROTOCOLS to be full of plagiarism which she effectively explained by the use of parallel columns, and before her most able book appeared, Mr. Lucien Wolfe had traced other similarities. As the PROTOCOLS were obviously a compilation this was to be expected, and further resemblances may be discovered. The importance of the most sinister compilation that has ever appeared resides in the subject matter. The PROTOCOLS explain in almost laborious detail the objects of BOLSHEVISM and the methods of carrying it into effect. These methods were in operation in 1901 when Nilus said that he received the documents, but BOLSHEVISM was then MARXIAN COMMUNISM, and the time had not come for applying it by military force. Nothing that was written in 1865 can have any bearing upon the deadly accuracy of the forecasts in the PROTOCOLS, most of which have since been fulfilled to the letter. Moreover, the principles they enunciate corresponds closely with the recorded statements of JEWISH authorities. If you read the American edition, with its valuable annexes, you will understand this, and the confirmatory quotations there given can be multiplied. Even the “JEWISH WORLD DESPOTISM,” which you described as a “piece of malignant lunacy,” is not obscurely hinted at. Take this one quotation from JEWISH STATE, by Theodore Herzl:

“Where we sink we become revolutionary proletariat, the subordinate officers of the revolutionary party: when we rise, there rises also our terrible power of the purse.” Compare this ominous statement with those of the PROTOCOLS, of which it is plainly an echo.

I note with thankfulness that you say that the discovery of the French pamphlet “does not clear up the whole mystery.” Indeed it does not, and if you will carefully read Mr. Ford’s amazing disclosure you will wish for more light. The main point is, of course, the source from which Nilus obtained the PROTOCOLS. The Russians who knew Nilus and his writings cannot all have been exterminated by the BOLSHEVIKS. His book, in which the PROTOCOLS only form one chapter, has not been translated though it would give some idea of the man. He was, I have been told by a Russian lady, absolutely incapable either of writing any portion of the PROTOCOLS or of being a party to fraud.

What is the most striking characteristic of the PROTOCOLS? The answer is knowledge of a rare kind, embracing the widest field. The solution of the “MYSTERY,” if it is one, is to be found by ascertaining where this uncanny knowledge on which prophecies now literally fulfilled are based, can be shown to reside.

If or when one mentions the Protocols alleged to be of the Elders of Zion, one is frequently met with the reply: Oh, but they are a forgery.

Certainly they are a forgery, and that is the one proof we have of their authenticity. The Jews have worked with forged documents for the past 24 hundred years, namely ever since they have had any documents whatsoever. And no one can qualify as a historian of this half century without having examined the Protocols. Alleged, if you like, to have been translated from the Russian, from a manuscript to be consulted in the British Museum, where some such document may or may not exist.

What we know for certain is that they were published two decades ago. That Lord Sydenham wrote a preface to them. That their content has been traced to another sketch said to have appeared in the eighteen forties. The interest in them does not lie in [the] question of their having been, or NOT been concocted by a legislative assembly of Rabbis, democratically elected, or secretly chosen by the Mysterious Order of Seven Branched Antlers or the Bowling Society of Milwaukee. Their interest lies in the type of mind, or the state of mind of their author. That was their interest for the psychologist the day they first appeared. And for the historian two decades later, when the program contained in them has so crushingly gone into effect up to a point, or down to a squalor.

What is interesting, perhaps most, to the historian is their definite campaign against history altogether, their declared intention to blot out the classics, to blot out the record, and to dazzle men with talk of tomorrow. That is a variant on the pie in the bait. As far as reality is concerned, as far as you and I are concerned it makes little difference whether prosperity is in heaven, or in the year 2300, or just round a corner that will never be turned.

A religious man might think his reward might be in heaven, but even a religious man ought to know that his reward will not be on earth in a hundred years time. In fact, the pie in the sky is a more reasonable proposition: an opium with more to it than Mr. Keynes’ day after tomorrow.

I am not concerned with fixing blame retrospectively so much as with judging the present: those who are against the true word, the protocolaires. Now Keynes whose fair is foul, foul is fair sentence can be taken as the quintessence of something or other, is the perfect protoclaire. It comes over me that on the one occasion I had the curious experience of seeing him, he managed to utter two falsehoods in a very short space of time. In fact never opened his mouth without doing so. First in stating that he is an orthodox economist, which he is not, second in saying that the then high cost of living was due to lack of labor, when there were millions of men out of work.

You couldn’t have done much better in two sentences if you were out for a record in the falsification. Protocol No. 8, second [paragraph]:

We shall surround our government with a whole world of economists. That is the reason why economic sciences form, etc. Around us again will be a whole constellation of bankers, industrialists, capitalists and the main thing, millionaires, because in substance everything will be settled by the question of figures.

Is it possible to arouse any interest in verbal precision? Is it possible to persuade more than six or eight people to consider the scope of crossword puzzles and other devices for looking at words for something that is NOT their meaning? Cabala, for example, anything to make the word mean something it does NOT say. Anything to distract the auditor from the plain sense of the word, or the sentence? Even to communism that is NOT communism. To communism of the episcopal sort, which they want in England. A Bolshevism that is to leave the archibishops and curates just where they are, each with his living or benefice. A revelation against capital, allegedly against capital, that attacks property and leaves capital setting pretty.

Lenin all out for making banking a state affair. And then twenty years during which it has seemed to drop decidedly into the background, when the world revolution was very busy about something else.

It should by now be clear that some people fear NOT the outcome of the war, but the END of the war. Churchill, for example. Not defeat, not the ruin of the Empire that worries him, but the END of the war. End of the slaughter, end of the war conditions.

Ezra Weston Loomis Pound (30 October 1885 – 1 November 1972) was an American poet and critic, a major figure in the early modernist poetry movement, and a collaborator in Fascist Italy and the Salò Republic during World War II.¹⁰

Pound’s contribution to poetry began in the early 20th century with his role in developing Imagism, a movement stressing precision and economy of language. The Secrets of the Federal Reserve, by Eustace Mullins [B1]

The original book, published under the title Mullins On The Federal Reserve, was commissioned by the poet Ezra Pound in 1948. Ezra Pound was a political prisoner for thirteen and a half years at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Washington, D.C. (a Federal institution for the insane). His release was accomplished largely through the efforts of Mr. Mullins. The research at the Library of Congress was directed and reviewed daily by George Stimpson, founder of the National Press Club in Washington, whom The New York Times on September 28, 1952 called, "A highly regarded reference source in the capitol. Government officials, Congressmen, and reporters went to him for information on any subject." This book sheds light on how the cult became able to control all governments and organisations globally within decades.
